Website — Terms of service
Last updated: April 2026. This document is a draft and may change. It applies to the marketing site exosites.ch (browsing, contact, and related static content), not to the ExoSites File Manager application; for the app, see the “App terms” page linked in the footer.
Agreement
By accessing or using the public website at exosites.ch (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms do not govern our client software products; those are covered by separate end-user terms available on this domain (for example under /app-terms).
The service
We provide the Site to present our studio, projects, and contact options. We strive to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Content, layout, and features may change. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons where necessary.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, probe for vulnerabilities in a way that disrupts service, scrape the Site in violation of machine-readable rules we publish, upload malware, or use the Site to harass, defraud, or break the law. You must not use automated means in a way that imposes an unreasonable load without our prior written consent.
Intellectual property and links
The Site, its design, text, images, logos, and other materials are owned by Exosites or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with our permission. The Site may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or terms. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided for general information about our services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Site in any twelve-month period is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law; some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
Governing law and contact
Unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Definitions
In these terms: “Site” means the public exosites.ch website and related static assets we serve under that domain; “we”, “us”, and “Exosites” mean the operator of the Site; “you” means any visitor or user of the Site; “content” means text, images, video, code, layouts, and other materials we make available on the Site. Headings are for convenience only.
Accounts, bookings, and communications
The Site may offer contact forms, email links, and scheduling or booking flows. Unless we explicitly offer a logged-in customer area, you do not receive a user account on the Site. Messages and booking requests are transactional: we use the information you submit to respond, arrange a meeting, or operate the Site. We do not guarantee a particular response time. Do not include passwords, government identifiers, payment card numbers, or highly sensitive personal data in free-text fields unless we ask for them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” line at the top will change when we do. Where the change is material, we will use reasonable means to draw attention to it (for example a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Severability, entire agreement, and disputes
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Exosites regarding use of the Site and supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same subject. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us in good faith at studio@exosites.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
